Kate has successfully and purposely scaled an NDIS business from one sole trader to a large team

supporting hundreds of participants. While driving this rapid growth she above all else preserved the high standard of support for NDIS participants and fostered a positive, supportive and fun company culture. As a managing director Kate had direct involvement across all aspects of the company, including marketing, finance and NDIS compliance. She was directly involved in the company passing three NDIS Audits with flying colours. Kate has a background in psychology, with experience in coaching and mentoring teams to thrive and ensure business growth. While growing her previous business Kate also had two babies and understands the juggle many people face.

Since moving on from this Company, she has guided and assisted several organisations- both small and large to either consolidate and enhance their current services or expand and grow further within the NDIS. She has supported organisations to prepare and pass both their initial NDIS Audit and Mid Term Audits with her organised, caring and thorough approach. Kate has also worked with sole traders and people who are starting out on their business journey to lay solid foundations, decreasing the likelihood of needing a consultant down the track. 

Kate's goal is to set organisations up for success in the future and ensure they are prepared for growth and the ever changing landscape within the NDIS. When businesses are cohesive, values lead and there are clear processes in place, everybody (business owner, staff and participant) wins!
